Ravi Kapur’s diversity and upbringing in Hawaii have cultivated his palate, a treasure he draws from to create his unique and delicious food. He opened Liholiho Yacht Club in 2015, dubbed by The San Francisco Chronicle as redefining California Cuisine. He earned a James Beard nomination for Best New Restaurant and was anointed Eater SF's "Restaurant of the Year." Liholiho and his other restaurant, Good Good Culture Club, focus on equity and inclusion. Incorporating ethos has been a lifelong pursuit of Chef Ravi's, as his restaurants are rooted in culture.
Jim Meehan worked at some of New York City’s most revered restaurants and bars including Gramercy Tavern and the Pegu Club before opening the James Beard Award-winning bar PDT in 2007. Besides running bars, Meehan co-edited Food & Wine Cocktails and Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide; and his own books, The PDT Cocktail Book, Meehan’s Bartender Manual and The Bartender’s Pantry, have become industry favorites worldwide. He and his family reside in Portland, Oregon where he writes and works with clients of his consulting firm, Mixography Inc.
Anthony Giglio is one of the most entertaining wine and spirits authorities on the planet. He has written several books, including three editions of FOOD & WINE’s Wine Guide; five editions of the Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide, and his highly regarded first book, Cocktails in New York. Giglio has written for numerous publications, including FOOD & WINE and Travel + Leisure. Giglio is currently a wine reporter for CBS News Radio, and has appeared on numerous television programs.
